PLEASE NOTE: This knife is brand new never used, in factory packaging. It was a showroom display sample and the top of the clamshell package is missing.
The CRKT BIG EDDY fillet knife designed by Russ Kommer features a Dual Grind blade. A high hollow grind on the right (top) side of the blade creates an air pocket to “lift” the fillet, while the left (bottom) side of the blade is taper ground, so it slides against the skin without digging. The sheath features an injection molded scoop to easily clean out the blood line.
