Refund policy

We accept returns for refund or exchange for damaged or defective items up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A receipt or or proof of purchase must accompany your return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange if the item is not damaged or defective, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. (There are some exceptions to our refund or exchange policy, and if applicable will be noted in the item's description. Some items may need to be sent back directly to the manufacturer. This will be noted in the item's description).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your credit card or other original method of payment, within a 3 - 5 of days.

Please package return items carefully, and send them with a traceable service. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless you request and receive notice from us that we will pay the return shipping costs.
